AI Discovery: Grow Sales from AI Assistants | Autopilot

AI Discovery

Turn AI assistants into a sales channel you can measure.

AI assistants now recommend products, and some complete the purchase. Autopilot gives those assistants better data about your products. Every month you see which AI crawlers read that data, how often assistants mention and cite you, and AI assistant sales in your own GA4.

Free. Built by our team in 48 hours. No sales call required.

Agentsites™

Merchant Center optimization

AI crawlers already read brands' Agentsites every week.

On the Agentsites (machine-readable product sites) of nine brands and retailers, OpenAI, Anthropic and Meta did most of the crawling in June. Google's crawl picked up at the end of June, Apple and Amazon arrived in August, and ByteDance ramped up in September.

Source: EverythingMachines server logs for the Agentsites of nine brands and retailers, weeks of May 25 to September 21, 2026. Counts AI crawlers plus search-engine crawlers (Google, Apple, Baidu, Bing, Yandex and DuckDuckGo). A crawl shows that a company read the pages, not how it uses them.

What the AI channel is worth.

GA4 can label AI assistant sessions and the revenue they bring. Most AI answers send no click, so the chart also estimates the visits GA4 cannot label, using an assumed share. Move the sliders to test the assumptions.

Illustrative example. In your report, observed months come from your GA4 (AI assistant sessions at your revenue per session); modeled months apply an assumed growth rate, +50% a month by default.

Your own numbers, every month.

AI attention

Which AI crawlers read your Agentsite, and how often, from its server logs.

AI visibility

How often AI assistants mention and cite you on the prompts your shoppers use, measured with Gumshoe.ai or Peec AI, or with the visibility tool you already run, such as Profound.

Revenue

AI assistant sessions and revenue per session from your GA4, plus modeled AI-influenced sales.

The free audit gives you the starting point: your AI visibility score, the competitors AI cites instead of you, a check of your Google Shopping presence, and the fastest fixes.

Autopilot plans and publishes content for AI agents.

Each monthly cycle starts from the report. Marketplace search demand, the AI answers that cite a competitor over you, and your buyer personas decide what gets written next. The content is published on your Agentsite, where AI crawlers read it, and the next report shows what moved.

What goes in

Marketplace search demand, AI visibility by topic, and the categories, competitors and personas from your kickoff workshop.

What comes out

FAQs, answers by persona and topic, fair competitor comparisons, and selling points and trust signals from the marketplaces. With Merchant Center optimization, the same content also becomes conversational attributes and highlights in your Google feed.

How it runs

Part of the Agentsite program. Planned and reviewed with you each month, with results tracked weekly between reports.

What moves the numbers in your report.

Agentsite

A machine-readable product site on a subdomain of your own domain, built from your catalog, enriched with marketplace signals and published on Agentsite Network by EverythingMachines. The agentic content calendar publishes here. It gives AI crawlers a clean source to read.

Merchant Center optimization

Your Google Merchant Center feed, with added attributes and highlights, plus the settings Google requires for checkout inside AI Mode and Gemini, over the Universal Commerce Protocol (UCP). Comscore found AI Overviews on 39.4% of Google desktop searches in June 2026, and products in your feed can appear there and in AI Mode, Gemini and Google Shopping.

What CMOs ask first.

How are AI-influenced sales calculated?

We take AI assistant sessions and revenue per session from your GA4. Most AI answers send no click, so GA4 labels only part of the influence. The model scales the labeled sessions by an assumed share, which our report states. Because GA4 cannot see the unlabeled visits, we never present the estimate as one-to-one attribution.

Do we need both levers?

No. Each is priced separately and works on its own. Start where the gap is largest: Agentsite when AI assistants do not cite you, Merchant Center optimization when your Google feed is thin. The second one reuses the product data and content built for the first.

Which AI platforms does this cover?

Across the nine Agentsites in our data, crawlers from OpenAI, Anthropic, Meta, Google, Apple, Amazon, ByteDance and Baidu have read the pages, though not every company reaches every site. A crawl shows the pages were read, not that an assistant uses them. Merchant Center optimization covers Google's AI Overviews, AI Mode, Gemini and Google Shopping. Microsoft Merchant Center and PayPal Store Sync (by request) also accept Google-format product feeds.

Is Autopilot affiliated with OpenAI, Google or the other AI companies?

No. Autopilot is independent. EverythingMachines, which runs Agentsite Network, is our publishing partner for Agentsites.
